Chef Therance Dalpez is a creative and hardworking chef, who has acquired the art of perfection and consistency in the culinary cuisine field for the past 10 years of his career.
​
His career kick started in Belgium as he graduated from the finest Hotelery school '' Ecole Hoteliere Provinciale de Namur'' and continued his work in a 2 Michelin Star Restaurant ''Bruneau'' where he says he found his true passion for cuisine!
​
Now 8 years down the road Chef Therance has attained being a Head chef and Executive Chef in the most renowned hotels and restaurants such a the Hilton, Lounge 8, H-Resort..ect. Through his experience the chef grew great interest in the catering field where he explains how he enjoys working with his clients on a personal level to meet the desires of their taste-buds. Hence this new passion gave birth to "OUI CHEF" - The private Chef

"OUI CHEF" aims to cater and create the finest menus and canapes for every clients needs and desires. This platform enables Chef Therance to work closer with you and create menus for all your special events and more. Embark on a new culinary experience designed especially for you.
